Security Roadshow

To inform our customers about the latest developments as well as about our offerings and solutions of our partners, S&T hosts a Security Roadshow in 5 countries (Bulgaria, Croatia, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia).

Main topics will be amongst others:
  • Myths and Realities of Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), Tomislav Vazdar, S&T HR:
  • Business today is characterized by a constantly changing external and internal environments. In order to effectively define, manage and monitor those two environments, organizations need to adopt a structured approach to governance, risk and compliance (GRC). GRC is a global initiative of convergence that aims to integrate discrete management assurance functions into a unified framework for corporate governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance. To name just a few, Basel II or Sarbanes-Oxley are ideal candidates for a GRC framework. GRCs objective is to standardize processes, increase communication and decrease operational cost. This presentation will address challenges and provide applicable insights required to make a GRC implementation efforts a success.
